This agreement for a new employee’s probationary period is between:

The probationary period of ninety days is intended to give new employees the opportunity to clearly

demonstrate that they can produce a satisfactory level of on the job performance and to determine whether the new position meets the expectations of all parties involved. The company also

uses this period to evaluate the employees work habits, capabilities and overall performance. Either the employee or the company can end the employment relationship at will at anytime during or after this new employee probationary period with or without cause or any advance

notice.
