New Employee Review
Towards the end of every fiscal year all new employees must fill out this New Employee Review form and hand it in to their Manager. All department Manager's will then sit down and review their employee's together. After this joint review Manager's will individually sit down with each employee and go over their review setting future goals in the process. This goal setting process is the most important process of the New Employee Review because it adds potential value to both the employee and firm.
